Policies

Return/Exchange policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept items for a return, exchange or store credit (less the shipping/handling costs) within 7 days from the day your package arrived. PLEASE NOTE ALL INTIMATE APPAREL / LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS, CUSTOM GOWNS & DRESSES and ACCESSORIES including handbags are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. By placing your order with South Beach Clubwear.com and checking the box upon checkout this verifies you do indeed agree to our Terms and Conditions Agreement as well as our terms of use policies. If you do not agree to our policies and conditions please do not place an order.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number. All items returned will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee. We can exchange items for anything available on our website. Any request for an exchange of a size or color must be made within 2 days of delivery and the item still must be back to our warehouse 7 days from the date your item arrived. Any item that is damaged, soiled, smells of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or perfume, as well as any garment that has been or that we deem has been worn, dry cleaned or laundered will not & cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE we absolutely can tell when an item has been worn, dry cleaned, or laundered and it will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be given. All shoes must be shipped back to us in SALE-ABLE condition this means DO NOT ship us your shoes in just the shoe box they come in without protecting it. We cannot resell shoes with packing tape and or labels on the box. If your items arrive to us in unsaleable condition they will be returned back to you no exceptions. ANY orders canceled after your payment has been processed will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. An order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and sent to the warehouse. ALL purchases of ANY CUSTOM ITEMS INCLUDING OUR MADE TO ORDER DRESSES AND GOWNS, ACCESSORIES, SALE ITEMS, CLEARANCE ITEMS and CLOSEOUT ITEMS are FINAL. Please also note all INTIMATE APPAREL INCLUDING ALL LINGERIE or any item that comes with a panty or thong, SWIMWEAR AND CORSETS are also FINAL SALE due to new health regulations and absolutely no returns will be accepted. By placing an order with us at South Beach Clubwear.com it means you agree to all of our terms of use policies. If you do not agree to our terms then please do not make a purchase. If any item is received damaged or if you receive the incorrect item due to our error please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com . Any refused packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you would like to make an exchange, shipping charges will occur for your new order, but should be nominal. South Beach Clubwear.com cannot refund shipping charges for returned items. The credit issued for returned items will be credited back to the account used for the original purchase with no exceptions.

1) To return or exchange an item you must have a Return Authorization Number, and your item must be returned back to our Distribution Center within 7 days from the date your item arrived. No Exceptions! To obtain your RA# you may e-mail us at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com please state what garment you will be returning & the reason for return. We try to respond to e-mails and calls through e-mail M-F within a 24 hour time frame, however if for some reason you have not received an e-mail response from us PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM MAIL BOX, as at times our e-mail may get misdirected. You may also log in to your South Beach Clubwear.com account at any time & apply for your RA # online through your in store account. Again we try to provide your RA# and your proper return address through an e-mail back to you within 24 hrs. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM MAIL to ensure our e-mails have not gotten misplaced!

2) Simply mail back your return or exchange unworn & unaltered with all tags attached. All shoes must be returned in their original box & the box must be free of any packing tape shipping labels etc. Do not ship your shoes back to us without protecting the shoe box. They cannot be resold and will not be accepted for return. Include your packing slip with your reason for return or the information for your exchange. Using the United States Post Office is acceptable as well as UPS, Fed Ex. Please ship prepaid with the package securely wrapped. South Beach Clubwear.com is not responsible for any package that is lost in transit, or any package mailed to us without a RA #.

3) After packing your package securely please make sure you write your RA# clearly on the outside of the box. Packages will not be accepted for return without a RA#.

Seasonal Items:
Due to the seasonal nature of our business we do not accept returns for refund or store credit and we cannot cancel any orders during the month of October. All sales are final on Costumes ordered during the month of September & October, however they can be exchanged for a different size.

Pre Orders & Custom Orders:
At times due to an items popularity we cannot seem to keep it in stock. We will gladly accept a pre order of these items. This guarantees you are first to receive the item as soon as the new stock is received. Please e-mail us at
customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com with the style, and size you are requesting and a customer service representative will respond within 24 hours to take your pre order. We also do accept custom orders for certain items. You may e-mail us at to request a custom order at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com , and a member of our design department will be happy to contact you within 24 hours to discuss all your available options.

Made To Order Items:
Some of our items on the website are made to order. If your item is made to order it will state so in the items description. Our made to order garments generally take between 7 - 14 BUSINESS days from the date your order is processed before they ship out. If you need an item immediately please e-mail us at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com and our staff will be happy to try to work with you on the design time of that garment.

Ordering Information:
At this time our customer service representatives are no longer able to accept orders paying with a debit or credit card by phone. All debit and credit card orders are now directly processed through Pay Pal and the Pay Pal website and must be placed through their secure servers only. Please note we are only able to ship to a Pay Pal confirmed address, so be sure when you place your order the address you choose to have the item ship to has been confirmed with them. If you have any questions or concerns regarding availability of an item, shipping times, sizes or fits please send us an e-mail directly at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com our customer service representative are online and ready to help M-F from 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST.

Canceling Your Order:
To cancel your South Beach Clubwear.com order you must obtain an order cancellation number. Please e-mail us at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com as quickly as possible. Once an order is in warehouse status it cannot for any reason be canceled. No Exceptions!

Large Orders:
Due to the fact that Internet merchants are especially vulnerable to charge backs from customers cards that do not belong to them, order placed through Pay Pal will only ship to a Pay Pal confirmed address. Please ensure you add and confirm any address you want your items shipped to with Pay Pal prior to making your purchase

Credit Card Fraud:
At South Beach Clubwear.com we have zero tolerance for fraud. Trying to take an aggressive stance toward Internet fraud is the only way to keep losses to a minimum and provide a great service to our loyal customers. All attempts at fraud will be reported.

International Orders:
If you are interested in placing an order which you need to be shipped outside the US please ensure you have a confirmed Pay Pal shipping address. If you do place an international order please also note that all international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These import duties and taxes are the full responsibility of the purchaser. We at South Beach Clubwear.com have no idea whether or not you will be charged these fees, nor what you will be charged. We suggest if you have any questions or concerns regarding these fees you contact your country's customs department prior to placing your order. All packages that are refused regarding taxes or duty payment are not guaranteed to be returned to us and become the full responsibility of the purchaser.
