What is your return policy?
South Beach Clubwear.com will accept items for store return or exchange within 7 days of the date your package was delivered to you with a proper return number attached and all returned merchandise in new, unaltered, and unused condition. If your package arrives after the 7th day it will NOT be excepted for return or exchange and it will be returned back to you at your expense. PLEASE NOTE ALL OF OUR INTIMATE APPAREL / LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM ORDERS, MADE TO ORDER GOWNS and ACCESSORIES including handbags are PURCHASED AS FINAL SALE and CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Any item smelling of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent or perfume or that South Beach Clubwear.com deems has been worn, laundered or dry cleaned will NOT be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense! Please understand that by placing an order with South Beach Clubwear.com it means you agree to all our terms of use policies and conditions. If you do not agree then we ask that you choose not to make a purchase.

What is the best way to contact you regarding a question I have about something on your website?
If you have any questions about the availability of an item, ship time, color, fit, or an order you have placed please simply e-mail us directly at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com and one of our customer service agents will respond to your request promptly.

I wore the dress out but I decided it is too small and now I want to send it back for another size.
We will not accept any used, soiled or worn merchandise even if it has been dry cleaned or laundered so please DO NOT try to return it, and yes we can tell. Any and all used merchandise that is sent back for a return and is deemed unsaleable for any of the reasons above will be sent back to you at your expense and no return, store credit nor exchange will be issued.

I had a family emergency and forgot to mail back my package, and now it has been three weeks can I still please send it back ?
We are sorry to say no. All packages must be back to our office within 7 days of the date your package was delivered to you with the RA number clearly written on the package, no exceptions.

I ordered a dress that was on sale I didn't bother to read your policies so can I still return it for another item?
South Beach Clubwear.com strives to bring you some of the very best & lowest prices available. All of our marked down and sale items are very clearly marked on the website and are purchased as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for store credit or exchange sorry. Please understand that by making a purchase of our sales items you are agreeing to our terms and policies.

What is a delivery conformation and why does my package have one?
Signature conformation requires that the parcel be signed for when it arrives and means it will not be left at your door. This is for added security and accountability. We can make exceptions for persons who cannot be there to sign for the package, however please note that in the Comments Section upon completing your checkout. If you agree to have the package released without conformation please note that South Beach Clubwear.com is in no way accountable for any lost or stolen packages. International customers are fully responsible for packages shipping outside the USA as we are unable to ship items signature required outside of the US. International customers by making a purchase agree that South Beach Clubwear is in no way liable for any package left by Fed Ex or UPS.

What if I am not home and my package has a signature confirmation?
The parcel will arrive by UPS. If no one is home to sign for the package a notice will be left instructing that another delivery will be attempted or will provide the address where you can claim your package. Unclaimed parcels are held for 7 days before they are returned to us. Please note unclaimed packages become the full responsibility of the purchaser.

My roommate signed for the package and forgot to tell me about it. Now it has been a month and I just realized that the dress doesn't fit can I exchange it?
We are sorry but no.

I returned my shoes to you within the 7day grace period with my RA# and they were returned back to me why?
Your shoes MUST arrive back to our distribution center in the same condition they arrived to you this includes the shoe box the shoes come in. We cannot resell shoes that are sent to us in just the shoe box with packing tape & shipping labels all over the box. You must make sure you package your shoes in a separate box or wrap them in packing paper. Destroying the shoe box makes the shoes unsaleable and therefore they will be sent back to you and not accepted for exchange sorry.

What forms of payment do you accept?
at this time we only accept Pay Pal. Pay Pal is an easy, safe and trusted way to make a payment using your bank account, credit or debit card To learn more about Pay Pal log on to www.paypal.com.

I am trying to place my order and it states your certificate is not valid is your site safe?
Yes our site is 100% safe. Due to the fact we are no longer processing any credit cards ourselves through our site and server we are not required to purchase a SSL certificate. All payments are processed now directly through the Pay Pal website which does have a valid certificate and is 100% secure. We have absolutely no link to any of your personal credit card information and none of your information is stored on our servers. Certain browsers do not recognize the fact you are not checking out on our site and are checking out through Pay Pal therefore you get a warning. So I can still place my order over the phone?
We are sorry to say no. At this time all payments and payment information goes directly through Pay Pal. Our agents are no longer able to accept any credit card payments directly. Pay Pal is a 100% safe and secure way to use your credit card, debit card or bank account without ever giving anyone your personal information. If you have any questions please visit the Pay Pal website directly at www.paypal.com.

I want to have my package sent to an address other than my verified Pay Pal address
AT THIS TIME WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO A PAY PAL ADDRESS NO EXCEPTIONS. To confirm your current address or to just add a new address to your Pay Pal account that you would like your order shipped to just log into your Pay Pal to do so it is actually very simple. Please understand South Beach Clubwear.com is doing all they can to fight internet fraud which is currently on the rise. By only shipping to a confirmed Pay Pal address it greatly helps to reduce fraud and protect you the consumer

That is ridiculous I am not going to confirm anything so just cancel my order
It is important that you understand South Beach Clubwear.com has zero tolerance for fraud, and you as a consumer should too. We are in no way trying to make things difficult for our customers, however we are in every way trying to protect them. If more companies took the same stance to protect consumers and asked for proof of account ownership or only shipped to confirmed addresses it would dramatically cut down on the rampant cases of fraud that plague's US companies and consumers.

I have decided I no longer want the item I ordered what should I do?
Please e-mail us at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com or call us at 305-381-1115 as soon as possible to get your cancellation number. Once an order is in warehouse status it CANNOT for any reason be canceled. No exceptions! *Please also note all cancellations of orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

I have decided I no longer want my order but the package has already shipped. What if I just refuse the package?
All refused items will be restocked and a 25% restocking fee will be charged as well as any charges issued to us by UPS for the return of the package. Please also note that you the customer are responsible for the refused package until reaches our warehouse. If a refused package is lost in transit it is your responsibility.

I ordered this sexy lingerie & bikini but they don't fit and now I want to return them.
Unfortunately any items considered "intimate apparel" ( meaning both lingerie and swimwear ) cannot be returned for any reason due to our health regulations. If you have a question regarding a size please check our size chart, or feel free to e-mail us at customerservice@southbeachclubwear.com, and our staff will be happy to try and answer any questions you may have.

Do you have a catalog?
No we do not have a printed catalog however all of our stock can be viewed online at your convenience 24 hours a day 7 day a week.

How soon will my order ship after it is placed?
About 80% of all our stock ships out within 1-5 business days after the order is placed, however our large shoe collection and some of our other inventory is kept at a different warehouse and may require between one and two weeks before shipment is sent out. At times an item is on back order due to its popularity. If a back order occurs on your order you will be notified. All items in the order that are ready to ship will be shipped and the item on back order will be promptly shipped to you in another shipment as soon as it arrives. Please note that if your shoe order ships separately from your main order South Beach Clubwear reserves the right to ship those items UPS Ground to cover the multiple shipping costs incurred.

I ordered a dress / gown that says made to order in the description how long will it take before it arrives?
A made to order garment is custom made with your particular specifications. Since this process begins after you place your order please be aware it takes the design team between 7-14 business days from the date your order is processed before it ships out to you.

I placed an order on Wednesday and chose Express shipping it is Friday where is my package?
In express shipping only the delivery time is expedited, it still takes us between 1-4 business days to process your order, so please take that into account when choosing your shipping method. Please note that during our busy holiday seasons or due to the fact your order is shipping from several of our different warehouses it may take longer for an order to ship out. You can e-mail us at customerservice@southbeachclubwear if you have any questions or concerns on the availability or shipping times for an order and a customer service representative will contact you back within 24 hours with an answer to your questions.

I placed an order on Saturday & chose 3 day shipping it is now Wednesday & my order is not here I paid extra for shipping and I need my outfit!
We know you have to have it however as it clearly states it takes us time to process orders depending on the season. All orders received after 2:00 on Friday or on Saturday & Sunday are processed that following week and will usually ship 1-5 business days from the processing date.

I didn't bother to read you’re Policies or FAQ page and I just got an e-mail that my order has just been processed not shipped.. I placed my order on Wednesday and I need it for a party on Friday night so you need to cancel the order !
We are sorry you did not read the policies & we understand that you need your order, however once an order has been processed and sent to our warehouses it cannot for any reason be canceled sorry.

I have decided to just send my package back to you I don't have time to get an RA number.
Please don't! You may end up sending your package back to our corporate offices rather than our warehouse. Any package sent back to us without an RA number will be returned back to you.

I saw this really hot dress a couple of weeks ago on your site and now I can't find it?
You can try to do a search for the item, but at South Beach Clubwear.com we are constantly trying to bring you hot new fashions , so our stock is constantly changing. Some items are re-ordered, and some are only available until they sell out. If you see an item you like don't wait it may sell out quickly and not be available again.
